Refund policy

- **Returns and Conditions**
You may request a return for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and all tags and packaging remain intact.

- **Return Process**
Please contact our customer service team to request return authorization before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

- **Refunds**
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment account.

- **Shipping Costs**
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon delivery, in which case we will cover the costs.

- **Exceptions**
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
